How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders custom closet components are processed, manufactured, and shipped from our shop as soon as possible. Custom Closet Kits will take longer to process and manufacture depending on the order. Once shipped, orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email, and a tracking number is available once your order has shipped. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding your order.
How do I measure my space?
Measuring instructions will always be detailed in the customization portion of your purchase. To ensure correct measurement, make sure the measurement is square to the side panel or wall (i.e. do not measure at an angle).
Custom Rods: Using a tape measure or any other measuring tool, please measure the space from inside wall to inside wall to the exact length. We will make any necessary deductions for hardware. Watch our instructional video: HOW TO MEASURE CUSTOM RODS
Custom Shelves: Using a tape measure or any other measuring tool, please measure the space to the exact length. In order to fit into an existing opening, make the shelf slightly smaller than the opening (usually 1/16 of an inch is sufficient) for clearance. Custom Closet Kits: Using a tape measure or any other measuring tool, measure the wall you wish to place the closet system, then enter the overall width of the wall. We will then send a design based on your measurements for your approval. We typically allow about 1/2" on each side to account for inconsistencies in walls (raised areas, out-of-square or out-of-level walls). **Please note that your space must have a minimum height of 84 inches in order to fit the closet system.
I need to adjust my order. What do I do?
Our custom orders are processed and go into production as soon as they're received and cannot be modified or refunded. If you have any questions about your order or need to make any necessary changes, please contact us right away and we will see what we can do. Send us a message through our contact page or give us a call and we will do our best remedy the situation.
For Custom Closet Kits: We will send you a design for your approval based on the measurements provided. If there's any adjustments to be made, please let us know and we will adjust the design. We will not manufacture without your approval.
Do you ship overseas?
At this time, we only ship in the continental US. (i.e. we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawai'i)
